— Service · Local SEO
Show up first when neighbors search.
Most of your customers are searching "[what you do] near me" on a phone. If you're not in the top three results, you might as well not exist. I get you there.
— What's in the work
The boring, essential stuff that moves rankings.
Google Business Profile
Claim, verify, optimize. Categories, services, hours, photos, posts. The local pack listing is what most local-business customers see first — it has to be right.
On-page SEO
Title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, schema markup. The basics done correctly — most sites get them wrong.
Local citations
Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Facebook, plus 10–20 niche directories that matter for your industry. NAP consistency across the web tells Google you're legit.
Schema markup
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review schema baked into your site. Lets Google show your hours, services, ratings, and FAQ answers directly in search results.
Keyword research + content plan
I figure out what your customers are actually searching for, then write or rewrite pages to target those keywords without sounding robotic.
Monthly reporting
A short, plain-English report each month. What ranks improved, where leads came from, what we're doing next. No 40-page screenshots of meaningless metrics.
— The cadence
Three phases, then steady-state.
Audit + foundation
Full audit of your current site and GBP. Fix the basics — broken schema, missing alt text, slow pages, NAP inconsistencies. Establish baseline rankings.
On-page + citations
Optimize 5–10 priority pages. Submit citations to top 20 directories. Start publishing fresh content if you don't have a blog. Optimize GBP weekly.
Steady-state
Monthly content, GBP posts, citation building, and tracking. Most local SEO wins land in months 3–6 — patience matters more than tactics.
— Common questions
Things people ask before we get started
How long does SEO take to work?
Most local SEO programs show real movement in months 3–6. The first month is fixing the basics, the second is putting the foundation in, and from month three onward you start seeing rankings move and leads grow. Anyone promising "page 1 in 30 days" is selling something else.
How much does local SEO cost?
I keep it simple: $500/month covers most local single-location businesses, $750/month for businesses targeting multiple cities or with a more complex setup. No setup fees. Cancel any time after the first 90 days.
Do I need to keep paying forever?
Most clients run an SEO retainer for 6–12 months until they're ranking where they want to rank, then drop to a lighter "maintenance" plan. SEO is competitive — if you stop and your competitors don't, you slide back. But you don't need active growth-mode SEO forever.
Will you guarantee #1 rankings?
No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is either lying or about to violate Google's terms of service. What I guarantee is doing the work correctly, reporting honestly, and pulling the right levers month after month. Rankings follow.
Can you do SEO without redoing my site?
Sometimes. If your current site is fast, indexable, and on a real platform, yes. If it's a slow Wix site or has bigger structural problems, fixing the SEO without fixing the foundation is throwing money away. I'll be honest if a rebuild needs to come first.
What if I'm not in Windsor?
I work all across Northern Colorado — Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Cheyenne. Local SEO is the same playbook regardless of which town you're in. The work just gets pointed at your zip code.
— Ready when you are
Ready to climb the local pack?
I work with a few new businesses each month. If you've got a project in mind, send me a note. I'll get back within one business day.
