Custom websites for Windsor businesses
I build clean, fast, professional websites for small businesses in Windsor and across Northern Colorado. Real code, real results, and a real person you can call when something needs fixed.
— Who I am
Local. Owner-built. No hand-offs.
I'm Justin. I build custom websites for small businesses in Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, and across Northern Colorado. Not Wix templates. Not a 12-person agency where you talk to whoever picks up.
When you hire me, you get me. I scope the project, write the code, set up the SEO, and answer the phone when something needs fixed. Most of my clients are owner-operators who'd rather have a phone they can call than a help-desk ticket queue.
The site I build for you is yours. Real code. No subscription lock-in. If we ever part ways, your site keeps running.
— What I do
Three things I do well, on purpose.
A website that looks great but doesn't get found is just an expensive business card. So I build sites that work AND I do the SEO that gets them found AND I keep them running. Three things, well, for one local business at a time.
Custom Web Design
Custom-coded websites that load fast, look sharp on every phone, and bring in real customers — not just compliments. Built around your business, not a template.
See web design 02Local SEO
Show up first when a neighbor searches for what you do. Google Business Profile, on-page work, citations, and the boring-but-essential stuff that actually moves rankings.
See local SEO 03Website Maintenance
Keep your site secure, updated, and online. Backups, security monitoring, content updates, and someone (me) who picks up when something breaks.
See maintenance— Who I work with
Mostly local trades and small service businesses.
I do my best work for owner-operated businesses. The smaller you are, the more value a clean, fast website tends to deliver — and the easier it is for me to actually understand what you do.
— Common questions
Things people ask before we get started
How much does a custom website cost in Windsor CO?
Most small-business websites I build land between $1,500 and $3,000 for a 5–8 page site. The price depends on what you need: more pages, custom integrations, or specialty features add to the number. I quote every project up front, no hourly billing surprises.
Should I use Wix or Squarespace instead?
If you just need a digital business card and have an hour to fill in a template, sure. But Wix and Squarespace charge you forever, lock your content into their system, and load slowly enough to hurt your search rankings. A custom-coded site costs more upfront but you own it, it loads in under two seconds, and you stop paying a builder forever.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take 2–4 weeks from sign-off to launch. The longest part is usually getting copy and photos finalized. If you have those ready, we move faster.
Do you only work with Windsor businesses?
Mostly Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley — anywhere along the Front Range I can drive to for a coffee meeting if it makes sense. I take occasional remote clients but my best work is for businesses I can visit and understand in person.
What if I already have a website?
If your current site is on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or anything else, I can rebuild it on a faster, cleaner foundation without losing your search rankings. The migration is the part most people get wrong; I've done it enough times to do it right.
What about ongoing changes?
Two options. You can pay hourly when you need a tweak (rare for most businesses), or pick up a maintenance plan at $99/month and get small updates included. Most clients pick the plan because it also covers backups, security, and a real person to call when something breaks.
