01 Do you handle HIPAA compliance?
I'm not a HIPAA compliance consultant, but the websites I build are configured so they don't collect or transmit PHI. Inquiry forms are for general questions; clinical intake happens through your booking platform (Vagaro/Mindbody/etc.) or in-person. If you need a Business Associate Agreement for forms or analytics, that's a conversation we have during scoping.
02 Can you integrate with my booking system?
Yes. Vagaro, Mindbody, GlossGenius, Square Appointments, Calendly, and most others embed cleanly. The site links to or embeds your existing booking flow rather than replacing it.
03 How important are before/after photos?
Critical. Sites with real before/after galleries consistently outperform text-only pages. It's the single biggest conversion lever in med-spa web design. Even modest galleries (10-20 examples) outperform sites without them.
