01 Do I need to know what I want before I reach out?
No. Half my clients show up with a vague feeling that their site is hurting them. The discovery call exists to figure out what you actually need. Show up with the problem; I'll help shape the solution.
02 Will you push me to spend more than I budgeted?
No. If your budget is $3k and the project needs $8k, I'll tell you straight, and either suggest a phased approach or refer you to someone who works at that price point.
03 What if I'm not in Windsor?
If you're in Northern Colorado (Fort Collins to Greeley to Loveland to Berthoud), we're a fit. Outside that, I take occasional remote work but rarely. Local accountability is part of the offer.
04 Do you do non-disclosure agreements?
Sure, happy to sign one if your business has IP or strategic info worth protecting. I have a template if you don't.
05 What if I just want a quote, not a call?
Reasonable. Use the form, give me as much context as you can, and I'll send a written estimate within a day. The call is optional.
