Local service businesses Northern Colorado Phone-driven sales

If your phone is
the billing engine,
this is for you.

Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, dentists, mobile detailers, salons, pet groomers, accountants, restaurants. Anyone whose customers Google your name and your town, then decide whether to call. Most local businesses don't need fancy. They need a site that builds trust in thirty seconds, puts the phone number front and center, and shows up in the local pack.

What I Build for Local Businesses

Tuned for the way locals actually shop.

01

Click-to-call on every page

Sticky header phone, hero CTA, footer, and a fixed mobile call button. If a customer is calling, and most local-service customers are calling, the phone is one tap away from anywhere on the site.

02

Real photos of you, your team, and your work

Stock photography kills trust faster than a slow site. We use your actual photos. If you only have phone shots, that's fine. They're more authentic than agency stock anyway. I help organize them into something that converts.

03

Service area clarity

A clear list of towns you serve answers the "do you cover Windsor / Loveland / Severance / Timnath / Greeley?" question before a visitor has to ask. That's a conversion gate most sites skip.

04

Mobile-first, fast everywhere

Most local-service searches happen on phones. The site is built mobile-first and tuned to load fast on bad connections, not just on a designer's MacBook on home wifi.

05

Reviews + GBP integration

Your Google reviews surface on the site automatically. The Google Business Profile is optimized so the local pack listing matches what the website is doing. The two work together.

06

Built for local SEO from the foundation

Schema markup, fast load times, properly structured pages, the right metadata. Whether you add the local SEO retainer later or not, the site is set up so the work has a foundation when you want it.

Common Local-Business Questions

What local owners ask first.

01 I'm small. Do I really need a custom-built site?

If you're a one-person operation getting all your work from word of mouth, a Wix or Squarespace site is fine. But if you want the phone to ring more, especially for the kind of work that pays well, not just emergency calls, a real site that's built around what you actually do, plus local SEO, makes a real difference. Most owners I work with see calls go up within the first month or two of launch.

02 How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

A Wix or Squarespace site is built on top of someone else's framework. They load slower, they're harder to optimize for SEO, and you don't really own the site. A custom-coded site is yours, loads fast on every phone, and is set up so the SEO work later actually has a foundation. The cost is similar to a year or two of Squarespace plus an SEO add-on, and you keep everything.

03 What does a site like this typically cost?

Most local-business sites land at $1,000 for a landing page or $2,500 for a full 5-page site. Local SEO starts at $650/month for ongoing work, or $2,950 as a one-time foundation setup.

04 Do you only work with the four industries listed in the dropdown?

No. Those four are where I have the deepest experience, but I work with all kinds of local service businesses across Northern Colorado. If you're a small business in NoCo and the rest of the site sounds like a fit, drop me a note.

Let's Talk

Phone could be ringing more? Let's talk.

The discovery call is 30 minutes, free, and there's no follow-up sales sequence. Worst case you walk away with a clear opinion on what your current site is costing you.
